COMPANIES ACT, 2013:

• File Form MBP 14 within 30 days of First Board Meeting related to disclosure of interest by directors.
• Clarifications with regard to provisions of Corporate Social Responsibility under section 135 of Companies Act, 2013 [MCA General Circular number. 21/2014 of 18-06-2014].
• Name, Designation, Address, Membership number or DIN of signatory must on any document (paper or electronic) filed [Rule 7 of Cos (Regn offices and fees) Rules, 2014].

• MCA issues draft Notification for comments on various sections of Companies Act, 2013 for Private Companies.
• MCA clarification with regard to format of annual return applicable for financial year 2013-2014 and fees to be charged by companies for allowing inspection of records [General Circular No. 22/2014 dated  25th June. 2014].
• Form 20B/21A (and not MGT-7) for Annual Returns up to FY 2013-2014. Companies to allow free inspection of records till change made in Articles [Circular 22 of 25-06-2014].
• MCA extend last date for filing DPT4 without additional fee upto August 30,2014.
• Extension to 31-08-2014 of  last date to file  return of deposits as on 01-04-2014 in DPT-4 attached to GNL-2 by ALL Cos.[ MCA General Circular 27 of 30-06-2014].
